William took videos of the roof to show us and explain what was going on up there and what was needed to put it right. He showed up when he said he would (weather permitting of course) he and his team worked their socks off to get the roof fixed for us. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting!
