Cleared the gutters as requested but failed to remedy the leaks from gutters and failed to return to review again.

He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Rich and his team. The team were reliable, professional and the standard of their work was excellent. They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily. Rich has a great positive attitude towards his work, which was reflected in his pragmatic approach to overcoming any issue that arose. He took the stress out of the job and is clearly a very experienced builder.

Having tried to get someone to do this job for months I went into Rated People and Ronald Gaunt contacted me. He quoted that day and did the job the day after at a very reasonable price. He even found an additional issue whilst he was in the roof and did that for free! I’m mega impressed. Pat and Sam made very short work of removing two bushes and stumps, plus trimming the front hedge, jobs which together that would have taken me all day. The clean-up could have been better, but I'm nonetheless very satisfied with the actual work. I found them to be prompt, reliable, and effiecient, and would recommend them as tree surgeons.
