Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.

Phase 1 nearing completion and scores 10:10 Excellent team under Joe Kerr - they can all think on the run which is vital with a renovation project. Phase 2 will start in a couple of weeks and in the meantime we have already recommended to close friends with the two projects running alongside. No hesitation in highest recommendations.

I am very pleased with the job Steve has done on my roof. Steve provided a quote the same days the amount of which I thought was reasonable for the work. Arrived early at every point! Were helpful and honest, I asked about things I thought needed replacing and they were honest that they didn't need doing! An honest, hardworking firm who provided good value for money. Quality of job was very pleasing and they cleaned up after themselves! Brilliant I can't be more positive. We haven't had a massive rainfall since so not 100% certain all is ok but as certain as can be. Very very pleased

Finding a builder to build a retaining wall & two flower beds in our rear garden was not easy. Rated people.com gave us J P Construction. From the first telephone call to visiting and quoting through to job completion Joe was very polite and professional. Everything was clearly explained from start to finish. Excellent advice was given in areas we were unsure of to get the best result. Joe was very methodical and precise in his work which reflected in the excellent overall finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
