It took under 5 mins for him to assess the problem and tell us what the problem was, as soon as the part was ordered he came back 2 days later to fit and the job took about an hour. Got in touch really quickly & had the quote same day they came to discuss the job... had the work done, though had to wait on some scaffolding to be put up (don't forget to add that to your budget if you have a extension/conservatory)... communication was excellent all along the line, knowing the situation, timings, etc.. Work completed with only a couple of hiccups, but nothing major... definitely will use again...

Twenty four hour service Cleaning N gutterance and roofing
Would be NIL stars if available. Asked specifically for a strong cement mix to be used for re-grouting part of the patio. Allowed a week to harden but still crumbly. Mixture used appears to contain very little cement. Phoned up and advised and was promised a return inspection visit at 11.00am the following day. Than was nearly a fortnight ago and he still hasn't re-appeared. Hasn't returned subsequent messages left. Proceed with extreme caution ... or better still ... not at all.

I've been a bricklayer for over 30 years now, I passed my city and guilds in 1983. I've worked on plenty of sites all over England plus done many extensions, conservatories, garden walls. Along the way I learn't flagging, paving, and fencing. I take pride in my work and do every job as if it was my own home.
