My experience throughout was really positive and the guys were professional and did a great job of not only the work but also in ensuring everything was cleaned daily and with minimal fuss. I'd highly recommend John. He managed our expectations well from the start - turned up on time to quote, delivered a quote the next day as promised, provided references when we asked for them (who backed up that he's a good builder), found a space in his schedule quickly to fit our job in, did it quickly, efficiently and leaving no mess afterwards. And charged us a reasonable amount for the work. Couldn't speak more highly of him, and will definitely ask him to quote on our extension when we progress with the planning.

A breath of fresh air. They understood the problem very quickly, offered different options and broke them down within a written quote. We were so happy with the quote that we added additional work. They started the job on the day they stated we were very impressed with their work rate. The end result is what we requested, which in the end is what everyone wants. The novel part of this engagement was no upfront costs, everyone else wanted 50% upfront. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.
