My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Arrived when said they would, worked hard on putting up a new flat roof. Replacing an old sloping perspex one, not rained yet but I'm assuming all will be well with no leaks, thought good value for money, would recommend and already have !

I was very pleased with the quality of his work and would recommend him to anyone. Artur of Max Art was very professional and did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble for him, moving furniture, masking etc. even coming back to check his work after the paint had dried.
