Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. I watered and cut the grass regularly as I trusted but the grass just hasn’t lasted. Hass was an absolute delight to have in my home. I got him in to solve our kitchen sink disaster, and because he was so lovely, capable, and full of good ideas, I got him to come again on 2 separate days to fix underlying issues that had been plaguing our plumbing for years. He was always on time, had good communication, was kind and helpful (I was building a bunk bed and he helped me bring the box upstairs), and filled me with the confidence that he was completing the tasks to a very high standard.

Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Again asked a number of times but it's a no show. Didnt turn up a couple of times. Making the very unreliable. Looking for new builder now to do the back
