If I could leave 0 I would! Ended up having to call the police after they demanded payment for a gutter they put on backwards so the drain pipe does not go into a drain but just hangs over my driveway! They broke my gate and complained they had to fix it! Tried to say it was like that! They didn't fix the leaking ones either! Got very aggressive when I said I wasn't happy about the gutter being on the wrong way and threatened to destroy more of my property. Smashed plant pots as well utterly disgusting.

We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience

I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. Pat’s Tree Services are awesome! Patrick and his team did an amazing job at felling three large 25-meter and deceased Leylandii trees, as well as pruning a Ginkgo Biloba and a Bay leaf tree. They were on time, efficient and conscientious in clearing all debris after the procedures were finished. Patrick is very knowledgeable about tree species, their overall condition, and their health, which was very helpful to us. Superb services! I highly recommend them and will use them again! I needed the pointing removed and new pointing added to a very old internal brick wall in my flat. The team arrived early, and were extremely professional.
