Booked to come out to quote, staying in and they didn’t bother turning up or calling, I rang them and said they’ll find out when they would arrive, they never got back to me. Rang then to rearrange and left a voicemail as-well as text message, ignored both!

Came out to measure up and give quote. Quote did not come, reminded them about quote and they said it had been sent. gave them alternative email but still no quote. Why not say they didn't want the job instead of me hanging on. One star is the lowest I can give or it would have been ZERO
