He is easily contacted, we arranged a quote, luckily he had a gap in diary & could do the work within a week (rain coming through your kitchen ceiling is never good!) His quote was very reasonable. Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them.
