James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. Excellent service and a very fair price. Follow up with visit to quote done the morning after I posted the job. 2 broken tiles were replaced immediately upon my acceptance of estimate. I was shown pictures of the broken tiles which proved the work was necessary. I would highly recommend this company.
