You can see why Smith & Son get a good rating. You get a friendly builder that does a good job. We employed him to fit a steel beam and a door lintel. I am local to the Inverclyde area but travel all over the west of Scotland area if asked. I am a Landscape gardener specialising in driveways, patios. We also do turfing, astro grass laying, decking, walls, hut foundations. All aspects of landscape work undertaken. Price agreed on 25/11/23 for resin driveway. Work commenced 18/4/24, as at 18/11/24 still not completed and had to fire him as he wanted to lay resin that week in -4 degree conditions which would not have cured. In the process his workmen made the most awful mess every time they came, wet cement everywhere, using Stihl saws without compressors and leaving site without cleaning up. Add that they demolished 4 foot of wall in error damaging my neighbours in the process. To date it has not been rebuilt. Run!
