Don’t hire. Came round, gave a quote, happy with price, arranged date. Which was then changed as he forgot about a charity walk, arranged new date. Never turned up!! No response to messages the day before or on the day. No explanation. If you didn’t want to do the job, just say so, it’s not hard. Complete waste of time.

I have over 14 years of experience in the building trade(started young). I am able to do all aspects of building work except plumbing and electrics and take great joy in all i do. Being a builder I have realised their is always solutions to any problem.
Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.

I found them to be very hard working. Very pleasant. Offered good advice. Sought and acted on any feedback I gave. I am pleased with the monoblock extension to my driveway. Job was done well, all clean and tidy finish. Maybe a bit over priced, £250 for just over half a days work for 1 person, but would use again due to professionalism and reliability.
I started as a landscaper at 14 in my holidays, I continued it while I was a student. I stopped this when I turned 20, In 2014 I returned to this and built a team of guys, doing large landscaping jobs and even moved into multi trade work organising plumbers, electricians and joiners to tackle houses while I was doing slabbing and managing, 50 gardens. I took a break from this a few years ago and now I have a new run specialising in maintenance with over 50 Gardens. I will still look at fences and clean ups etc, depends on what's in the diary of course.
