DO NOT USE THIS PERSON, HE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO DO FLAT ROOFING HIS GUARANTTEE ISNT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON AS I GAVE HIM THE OPPERTUNITY TO SOLVE THE ISSSUES AND HE CAME BACK FOR TWO HOURS 10AM WENT FOR LUNCH AT 12PM AND NEVER RETURNED, WOULDNT ANWER PHONE CALLS OR TEXTS-I KNOW HAVE TO REPAIR A NEIGHBOURS PROPERTY AND ALL MY OUTSIDE PIPING WITH HE SMASHED UP, THE ROOF IS LIKE A SWIMMING POOL A COMPLETE BOTCHED JOB, PITY I CANT UPOAD THE VIDEO'S AND PICTURES TO SHOW HOW BAD IT WAS. HAS BEEN REPORTED!!

Alfie and the lads did a great job on our roof. They turned up on time, even though it was pouring with rain, and got stuck in straight away. Finished the whole thing in just three days, and we now have a nice new roof. Price was really fair, and the scaffolding guys were spot on too. Would definitely recommend them!

Kieran was fantastic at organising the job and Jacob worked really well to get it all done neatly and professionally. They worked between some tricky weather conditions to get the job done promptly as requested. I'm really happy with the results and would recommend the team for other similar work

After having had a run of bad luck finding a good tradesperson for my job, James at GLS Groundwork Landscaping Services has been fantastic. James asked plenty of questions, to ensure the best end result possible, and he did not attempt to 'up-sell' me on additional work. Now completed, it is obvious that James and his team took real care to do the best job possible. GLS hold themselves to high standards, and I would recommend them without a second thought. I am already discussing additional work with them.

Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Work was conducted quickly (before the snow came) and i would use them again.

A very knowledgeable Tradesman. We received a quick response to our job posting to repair broken and leaking guttering. He returned a few weeks later following a heavy storm to adjust a small section of the gutter that failed, without a quibble. It's good to know that reliable Tradesmen still exist.

I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me but they didn't do that. Cost a bomb for 4 hours work. No scaffolding used. Not happy with the attitude of these workers. AVOID

Phil is an excellent tradesman - we had him replace some skirting boards, door frames and picture rails in 2 rooms. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!

Really happy. Good quote, sound advice, excellent communication. All in all an extremely professional service from honest, considerate and reliable tradesmen. John was fantastic when we had to delay the work for a few months and even kept to his original quote. The work done was to a very high standard and I couldn't be happier. Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work
