Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Had a couple of issues with finishing touches but Aaron was as good as his word and came back out to fix them. Tidy worker and good communication throughout the whole process.

we do all roughcast stone and general brick work repairs lead work and general maintenance special removal work and also digger work trenching drainage clearance and general leveling ect 45years in the trade.
Pat came really promptly for a quote and gave a good price and did the work within the week. Brilliant job - great to deal with - very friendly and just got on with it and got it done. Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.
I would highly recommend mcainally roofline services. I was very happy with the work that was carried out. My experience of them was very straightforward and they did exactly what they said there were going to do. They were professional, reliable and I also found them very personable. They went out of there way to be helpful and did a few extra small jobs like painting the doors free of charge when only the walls were quoted for. I would definitely use them again.
