Really great work in tidying up my garden. Grafted hard to clean out the weeds, trimmed down my tree and hedges, and took all the waste away. All this during a very wet day. Quoted and agreed a great price, having travelled from Bristol to South Wales valleys. Definitely would use again. Many thanks Ian.

After I posted my enquiry, Lawrence phoned me within half an hour. We discussed the job, he gave me a price , and I accepted it later. He did the job to our complete satisfaction, 3 days later, arriving at 8.00am. He laid a new laminate floor in a small conservatory, and took up and laid a new floor in the kitchen. It was wet and he had to walk from the house to the outside garage to do the cutting. He kept to his quote, but I gave him extra for the awkward door threshold strips. Definitely recommended.

We have recently had some work done on our house and would highly recommend LPS/Wayne to anyone considering a tradesman. I have no reservations in awarding Shane and his team 5 stars. The quote was honest and reasonable, the work was performed to a high standard (as evidenced by photoes taken during the repair that Shane sent me) and despite my having to put back the repair date by a month at very short notice, this caused no problem. James cut and fitted 3 shelves into a very awkward alcove. He managed to match the shelves we already had in another alcove. very pleased with work done. would recommend him and use him again

J.Underwood roofing did great work stripping and re-rendering our bath stone property. The flat roof, also requiring attention was re-done and a new hatch fitted all with good attention to detail. Jason and his team are the kind of people you like to do business with, honest and upfront, accommodating and skilled. Would definitely recommend.

G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the conversion of our garage into a bedroom with en-suite shower room. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. We will be using them again soon for a larger job and would highly recommend.
