We are a small family run business with 35 years experience in joinery and building. We specialise in domestic refurbishment and improvements , extensions and conversions with a proven track record .
We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

We only use the best materials on the market so If you want a quick fix then sorry we are not the company for you. We always insure any of our work is done to the best standard as possible. Used service for 2 years. Considered previous price increase of 25% substantial. We had to contact to ask re when starting for season to be told via email that was not providing our service in 2014. Poor communication and feel now treated with total disregard.

I would appreciate confirmation that the cap fitted is compliant with gas regulations as requested. More care to be prevented going down the flue. Otherwise fine and I would happily use the again.
