This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. Nicholae was punctual, friendly and offered a very reasonable price to remove black mould from behind the sealant in my shower and reapplying new sealant to make it look fresh again.
