George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Some of the work was good like the trimming of the shrub and bushes. The weeding was hopeless as they have not been pulled up by the roots and some of it was not touched at all. Some of my plants were trampled on and the rose stems forcefully pushed through the obelisk were broken in their hurry to finish by five. I don't think they had any intention of returning as I was not pleased with their weeding work which was the main aspect of their work_ to get the ground ready for planting. The work has been left

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Well...what a job !! I cant fault Jim and his team for anything. Our toilet and shower building for our yurts at Looe Yurts is fantastic. The job was not without challenges - Covid-19, social distancing, lockdown and lack of supplies. However none of this phased Jim and his team. Its always tough trusting builders...cant think why, but these guys were ace. Polite, diligent and tidy and most importantly ON TIME & ON BUDGET. Even did a couple of extra bits too. No hesitation to recommend.
