George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Kevin was very communicative, did the job quickly and professionally (also with a ladder) for a great price. Can't ask for more!

Finished the whole thing in just three days, and we now have a nice new roof. Price was really fair, and the scaffolding guys were spot on too. Would definitely recommend them!
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Optimise are incredible, they are so open and honest from the minute we made contact. Giving us lots for different options, with two young children they were very safety conscious, tidy, clean and respectful, turning the radio off whilst the baby slept, being kind and friendly to our 8 year old. The work is of such a high standard, we will be returning customers time and time again, my mum has already got the guys into quote for her.
