Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

When they came round to give me the quote they took the time to properly investigate the loft and talk through the extent of the problems and what needed doing. When they identified additional problems after having started they gave a fair price for the work involved. Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them.
