Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. When they came to fit the window and door, Sunny and his fitters immediately put down dust sheets. We found them to do a clean job and were very polite throughout. Although chimney repair work was done well enough, the subsequent roof repair work was very poor. After complaining and sending photos of the bad workmanship, they returned and did all the work they should have done first time as originally agreed. However, after chasing for 3 months, the promised insurance-backed guarantee was sent as a photo and the insurance company shown, Home Pro, confirmed they were not insured, so the “guarantee” is worthless. Poor workmanship, over-priced and misleading information.

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!
