I hired Magna Homes for a 10-week renovation, but 18 weeks later, the work is still incomplete. The extension was built in September, but the roof hasn’t even started. Delays and poor communication have caused significant financial strain, as I had to remortgage my house and can’t move back in. Weekly assurances to resume work have been broken repeatedly, leaving my home in an uninhabitable state. This experience has been frustrating and highly unprofessional.

True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. We contacted Goroof because a flat roof was causing a leak into the house. There had been torrential rain for a few days. The roof was no longer leakproof and needed to be replaced.
