James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. He is very meticulous and the finishes are immaculate. If you have any other issues in the house he gives advice. He is tidy and cleans before he leaves. He is very calm and polite. I would recommend him to everyone and definitely use his services again.
