This was the very best experience I've had with workmen. Phoned to say they were on the way. Arrived and started work immediately. Very professional and polite. They replaced the dripping tap with stylish new ones. Fixed a bath tap and the seal around the sink bath and shower. Plus repainted the ceiling which was a mess and now the bathroom looks like new. Needed my old slab and tarmac driveway replacing. Put out a job request and Steve at midland construction came to quote. Decided his was the best company to do the job and he knew what I wanted. The work was carried out over 4 days,his two men worked very hard removing and preparing for the pour of concrete, which was carried out over two days,they worked tidily and finished the job on time,very pleased with the work carried out.

-10 Do not use a guy from Grimsby called Ryan. Felted small shed roof, very few roofing tacks used and was not sealed down. No removal of old felting only patched up. Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.
