The job was impeccable and on time, everything made and delivered as discussed. I was impressed with the professionalism, politeness and punctuality of these chaps. i have over 20yrs experience in the building trade .have nvq level 2 brickwork qualification also work with various types of building companies to gain more knowledge in the industry ..i am firm believer in letting my work speak for itself.
Paul was hired to lay a brick fence and do front garden tiling. Three days later the columns collapsed. He returned and re-laid the piers, but one of them is still wobbly and needs repair. Tiles in the front garden were laid very carelessly and unprofessionally, some of them have come off, grouting was not done at all. All construction waste was left uncollected and the site after his work was left uncleaned. Got paid in full Paul GONE OFF and despite his promises he never came back to fix it.

We had David and his team of Bill and Lee replaced a window in our bathroom that had been really badly fit by a previous builder. They were quick in ordering the window and were extremely professional throughout the process. When it came time to replace the window they did it quickly and efficiently cleaning up after themselves and they even cleaned up the previous builders mess as well. Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Did not use rated people in the end as this contractor was the only one to get back to me out of the three given and to give me a quote. He was quick and helpful and looked at the painting job via What's app video. I prefer to see a tradesperson in real life first so went to checkatrade but I would recommend this company if you want quick and clear quotes without further hassle
