Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

If I could change to Zero I would. Once they did the job, took the money they have blanked all requests to check a snagging issue. One window sill leaking, have called, texted and just getting fobbed off on last call they said they would call back in 5 minutes - that was 3 days ago….. #Avoid

Job was quoted for (verbally and in writing) and completed extremely quickly, although it did seem very expensive. Communication was very good (letting me know immediately when he was going to be a bit late arriving for the quote). As far as I can tell (and we have had some rain now) my leaks/damp seem to have gone, and it all looks very smart on the roof, although clean-up on the ground was a bit rushed.

Absolutely wonderful guy. Prompt, respectful, took his shoes off even though he didn't need to, he was polite, he listened and he showed absolute skill in what he did. He used his laser thing to get everything perfect, chose to cut outside, (in the dark ) the dado and cleaned his mess up, he was quick, skilled and efficient. We were contacted quickly by the roofer and he came very quickly to have a look at the job that needed doing. That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional.
