He also stepped through all the problems with the guttering and roof and what needed to be done, so I was clear on why this issue occurred. Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
