George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I had a cracked exposed aggregate driveway. To begin with he seemed confident he could make it look sympathetic to the rest of the drive. I knew it wouldn't look exactly the same but similar. Doing the work ,he used stones not gravel (the same aggregate as the drive). Some stones were left proud not properly embedded. When the concrete had set, the boarding was removed, the sides had no exposed aggregate as with the rest of the drive. After the work he avoided coming to see me to sort things out.

Very helpful, respectful, informative and honest. Was able to come and give us a quote very quickly which was reasonably priced. Additional work's were identified which also felt reasonably priced based upon similar quote. The leak's were fixed along with the chimney and lots of cement/pointing work. When I asked for additional photographs of completed works, James came around again to take photographs to show me how he had fixed the works. Would definitely recommend.
