He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. It has taken me awhile to find this page. I have never met a company that is so professional and true to their word. The work they did was outstanding and excellent quality. My roof and chimney could last another 50 years, how good it was repaired. They were here working for 3 days straight and was worth every penny paid (actually worth more).
