Adam viney gave me a really good quote on my fencing & when quoting the job he asked me what i would like Style size etc which i liked also he kept me updated all the way through the job & even worked the job around my work/school hours, he did a brilliant job & even took away my old fencing & all the mess.. i didn't have to do a thing he was very reliable & pleasant tradesman i would recommend Adam to any body that needs fencing/building & conservatory's.. me & my Husband are really pleased with the job

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! Barry arrived at the arranged time, offered me advice on the most efficient way to fix the broken fencing in my garden, offered a quote and agreed a date and time to do the work. He demonstrated care towards my property, worked hard and completed the work, cleaned up and removed the rubbish as promised.

Great guys, came on time as promised, very polite and helpful. Called them for 1 flat, ended up giving them 2 flats. They happily came back to finish off minor snagging works. Highly recommended, will use again.

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.
