I found Jason on rated people, he was always friendly, professional and punctual. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. He made suggestions that I hadn't thought of which improved the finished look of the bathroom and brought the project in on budget. I would recommend him completely.

I am Raymond, self employed painter & decorator. I am working with this trade for about 10 years. I was working at so many projects, like hotels, offices, leisure centres and private homes. And I know my work from preparing until smooth finish. I am keen and hard working. Besides that trade I am working as multi trader. Doing tiling, carpentry and basic plumbing. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Shane was really helpful in giving us different ideas of what we could have with our windows, fascia and soffets. The price he quoted was far better than other companies and the work was done on time. He also did the little extras that would not normally get done. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
