They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Paul has been absolutely brilliant! Tim and Vincent are both friendly people and did a good job painting the render on our house, it looks great. Why only 3 stars then? Because despite promising to return and better finish the woodwork near the front door/garage door they have not returned in two months - we are guessing they will not be back but would be very pleased to change this rating when the job is finalised.

We hired Philip to tile our bathroom and box in our bath. We are now spending the last couple of days regrouting, resealing and spent £400 on wood which hasn't been fitted flush as we'd asked. He can tile, slightly odd is his wife coming to check the grouting mid job....but wouldn't employ him to do woodwork or indeed anything technical again.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
