I gave Peter this rating because I found him to be a very good tradesman. He did a confident job replacing my internal doors. He visited beforehand to explain what can be done which was a very good help to me. He tidied up after him, very polite, helpful and respectful. His price was reasonable. I am very pleased with a job well done and won’t hesitate to use him again and would surely recommend him.

I went for Huttons as he was the better rated and experienced of the other quotes. We are very pleased with the bookcase. We did have a number of hiccups and this is where I rate them best. Without complaint, issues were sorted out / corrected - I was not left in any way feeling awkward or anything. Often I think it is how a tradesman responds to the hiccups that sets them apart from the others, as not every job is smooth. That is why I would highly recommend them, because if you do have an issue, I can assure you it will be sorted out.

Colin did a fantastic job custom making a set of french doors and a window for us. He worked exactly to the initial deadlines he gave us and was unobtrusive in his work, with the bulk of the work being done in his workshop. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Nick and Dave were a real pleasure to have around. They were very understanding when we changed our minds, they looked for solutions to difficult situations, extremely tidy and excellent work. We are already using them again for other work around the house. Highly recommend!

Some small issues with the varnish and stain colouring on some planks but this was down to the actual wood itself and not the job. Nevertheless the manager came round to have a look and then sanded and re-did the particular planks until he was satisfied that there was nothing more that could be done save for removing the wood itself, proper dedication to a good job.

MH Building and Roofing gave me excellent and honest advice about my building work, and have also repaired the flat roof on my property to a very high standard. i was very pleased with the work and also with the professional conduct of this company, everything was completed within the time period which they specified. Mr Neal and his collegues were a pleasure and they also really love what they do which is really refreshing to see. definitely will ask them again for any further renovations
