My name is Keith Roberts and I have been in the construction industry for 38 years. I am primarily a professional decorator and paper hanger. I have worked all over the UK and on restoration projects in Italy. I set up East Kent Renovations to bring together the much sort after skills and expertise of various tradesmen and craftsmen I've either worked with or had dealings with over the years. Paul was on time ,polite , no job to much for him ,I totally recommend him for small Or large jobs . A real find if I have more jobs in the future he will be the first person I will contact if he can't do it he knows lots of trades that he would recommend but he did do all of the 30 plus small jobs I asked him to do plus his rates are very reasonable.

Edward Fellows did an excellent job of putting new tiles in my kitchen and utility room. He also replaced a shower, put up mirror cabinets and other items such as towel rails in bathrooms. He always arrived on time and also finished his work on time. He cleared up after the work was finished. His prices were very reasonable. Overall I am very happy to have found him and I have been giving him more jobs to do in my house. I recommend him highly.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Hired to replace pointing of existing patio. We were not expecting it to look like new patio. Initial attempt was very poor so refused to pay. Second attempt was superficially OK although have subsequently discovered that some of the pointing is soft and easily washes out leaving unsightly sand and cement on surface of patio that we are still trying to clean off. Gaps are now appearing that will need to be filled. Would not recommend.
