Roy was punctual every day, he worked hard, knew what he was doing, making sure I was happy with the work and keeping me informed of how the job was going. He left the area tidy each day and was always polite. I am very happy with his workmanship and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

From the moment I got a quote Bob did all he could to sort and source this job for me. His customer service was excellent and I was kept fully informed all the way through. The job was done promptly and to a very high quality finish. From start to finish this job was handled very professionally. It was a relief to have a builder who doesn't take on other jobs at the same time. Mark and Gaz gave a reasonable timeframe and price and stuck to it. We had recently bought the property and ended up asking for considerably more work to be done than was first advertised. This is largely testament to the fact that we had built a trusting relationship with Mark and had peace of mind that the job would get done well and for the price quoted. Yes his banter was terrible at times but you can't have it all!

Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family
