We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.
I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.
