I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.

Shadi, Rabee and team, not only sorted out my leak, they undertook a major project to repipe my home, fix electrics, paint , put up new storage space, carpentry work , fixing walls etc. The first time that I have seen any builder finish weeks ahead of schedule. A friendly man named Darren visited and completed the job . Although the price was reduced from his original quote, for what the job was I still think it was a little overpriced. Nonetheless I was happy with the end result. I will complete the final section and paint the accompanying side door by painting it at a later date.

ended up putting a completely wrong colour of silicon in my bedroom which completely spoilt the look despite him saying it gives a different kind of look. I was completely new to doing a house, so didn’t know what will work and what won’t. Ignoring the choice of colour part, there were smudges of silicon at many places and i wouldn’t call it a neat job per my standards. But each one could have different standards.
