Darren recently helped fix a damp issue in our garden office, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He quickly identified the problem, sourced the materials, and got everything sorted in no time. On top of that, he took care of a few other touch-ups around the house, showing great attention to detail. He’s a really nice chap,easy to talk to, professional, and genuinely helpful. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
