I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

I recently had Luke and his team widen an opening between two rooms in my property, which was a sizeable job requiring the installation of a steel beam. The work was managed efficiently, and great care was taken throughout the project. Came promptly and supplied, painted and fitted a new external door for us. He spotted som other problems and rectified them Happy with the work and am offering him another job with us.
A friendly man named Darren visited and completed the job . Although the price was reduced from his original quote, for what the job was I still think it was a little overpriced. Nonetheless I was happy with the end result. I will complete the final section and paint the accompanying side door by painting it at a later date.
