Jack was fantastic. Brilliant communication regarding what I wanted and a really reasonable rate. Jack turned up when he said he would and worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up at the end of each day. Really friendly guy who I trusted to be leave at my flat to get on with the job. Jack fitted flooring and skirting for me and made sure I was happy with the materials and finishes he picked up. I’d recommend Jack and will be getting him back to do more jobs for me, I’m sure. Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Adrian ( Home Plumbing Solutions) attended my house at short notice to quote for what I thought was a cartridge issue with shower. He examined the shower and in his opinion only 2 years old it was running ok. It was decided to leave it at the moment and if the problem re occurs, should be able to change the cartridge or investigate further. Very impressed with his professionalism and willingness to attend late on a Sat afternoon. I would definitely contact Home Plumbing Solutions with future issues.
