I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Kris did a great job. Better finish than I hoped for. He even corrected some existing faults and put those right so that he achieved a great finish. Friendly and professional. Very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Extremely punctual and flexible to meet some of my altered availability. Already looking at what else I can get Kris to do for me! Can't recommend him highly enough.
