Not the best experience. They came out and looked at my combi boiler because I had no hot water. They seemed unsure about what the issue was and had to phone a helpline for advice which didn’t fill me with confidence. After diagnosing what they thought was the issue I was told that it would need a part which would need to be ordered. I agreed and was told that it could take a day or two for it to arrive. I waited and heard nothing so I decided to send a text and call them a few times but I got no response.

Last year my company went limited I’ve done over 5 years in college and university I have my level 2 & 3 in carpentry and joinery (city and guilds) and I also have my degree in construction management (Bsc). I’m new to this platform but not new in the trade I have an eye for detail and no corners are cut I aim to do a job as though it was my own. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person
