Good communication. Swift response to the job and pleased with outcome hence 5 star. Purely as an observation please note what the job requires prior to quoting as it clearly created some confusion when your team turned up culminating in a price increase ? I appreciated the flexibility of " bank transfer" and the " trust" element. Not transferring within a few hours as I was out, did not constitute that I would forget..

True professional team, Edie was brilliant to work with, after meeting on site costs were agreed, and a date was confirmed where he and his hard working team set about working on our garden. I had an issue with three fence panels and a few posts that were weak . I had a quote after I had put up the job with photos but there was actually more damage due to the winds . A tree had to be sorted out too . All this was done in a professional manner . Rich explained everything before doing the job including the price . A tree that was leaning over had to be sorted . Jimmy was very polite . Two panels were replaced and a few posts strengthened . Job well done ! Thanks.

James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. I can thoroughly recommend James and would be happy to employ him in the future. Thanks James

I am absolutely delighted with my new fence Mark arrived on time, worked like a trojan and his 2 young helpers cleaned every bit of mess and rubbish .Mark even dug over my side borders and not a shrub damaged. This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.

Excellent communication, really good value, the quote was very reasonable - replacing 3 blown double glazed units. Simon was extremely personable, very reliable and did a fantastic quality job. He was also able to pull in another job and quote at the same time to replace 3 blown double units in my Mum's conservatory. I would definitely go back o Guilford Windows for any further work and have already recommended his services to both my Auntie and my father-in-law.
