James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. We have already identified further jobs that we wish James to undertake - and would not hesitate in recommending him.

Steve is a first class tradesman, knowledge, skill, and ability is excellent, he did a loft conversion, installed steel beams, all timbers and decking for new 130sqm flat roof, studwork, installed staircase, Blockwork on extension, cement fibre cladding, will with out doubt use again and cant recommend or praise him enough, he came with a impressive portfolio of previous work, he can totally be relied upon and one of the rare tradesman where i don't have to worry about his workmanship,

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

Very fast to quote, responded quickly to our questions, moved some jobs around to fit us in as quickly as possible as the storm had made our garden completely open to the outside world. Came in, did the job within a couple of days, took all of the rubbish from the old fence away, staff were friendly and presentable and the fence seems to be good quality so overall very pleased. Would definitely use them again.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. I would recommend Mike Carpenter without reservation and will be putting further work his way in the future

Tommy fitted a new replacement kitchen sink for me into my existing kitchen worktop, including all the cutting, fitting and plumbing involved. He did an excellent job in all respects. I would thoroughly recommend him. Not cheap, but well worth it.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Excellent workmanship and a very professional and reliable team. Always kept us up to date on the progress and costs of the work and were always flexible to any changes that we made. We were extremely pleased with the final result. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly.
