When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Ian kindly collected key from my landlord and did the job whilst i was at work saving me time and money. He goes the extra mile to help you out.
The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

the company promised they have 3 years warranty on their installation. I have since had issues with the installation and reported this to the installer but they have refused to turn up.
