So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Giving 1 star as I initially contacted Tom in May about a sink replacement which he came out to us quickly and stated the sink we had bought wasn't correct and he would source one for us to fit. He asked for £100 as a "deposit" which I sent and he left. After several failed attempts to rearrange a fitting date Tom stopped replying to me and I had to threaten a bad review to get a response. I have given him more than enough of my time and patience but I am yet to receive a refund which Tom said he would do.
