I was quoted on 11 internal Doors & Casings. Labour price was £2300. The existing doors and casings have been removed making the job easier and more straightforward. The price seemed extreme. Decided to go with another company on Rated people with 5 star reviews and twice as many satisfied customers for a fraction of the price.

Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. Within a few hours of the job going up Chris was here, it was a tougher job than expected as our leak was behind tiles. It turns out the kitchen filters had caught a pipe and tried to cover it rather than repair properly. Chris took photos and videos for our insurers resulting in a successful claim, he fixed the leak and also did everything he could to keep the cost down - testament to his honesty and years of experience. I 100% recommend him.

The lads were delayed due to weather but checked every detail through to make sure it was what I wanted. Was apprehensive to go on holiday and leave them to it, but our minds were quickly put at ease. Quality of work was to an amazing standard and they ensured it was left tidy which showed respect for our home. Will be definately having them back.
