So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

the company promised they have 3 years warranty on their installation. I have since had issues with the installation and reported this to the installer but they have refused to turn up.
