He seemed genuinely concerned that it was safe. He returned and fixed the problem. I am very happy with his work and he was very polite and professional. I will certainly be asking him to come back and sort a few minor issues in the future.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
